I was thinking about what 2015 should bring me - or where I want to bring myself with the shop.
Currently I offer more DIY Kits than pre-made art dolls and I have to say I miss finishing dolls myself very much! With the DIY Kits I cannot develop my skills - no offense -
since they have to be easy enough to work with for non-artistic people. I want to go further with my sculpting and doll creating. I have many ideas for new and amazing projects.
So here is the plan:
I'd like to limit DIY Kits to up to 3 rounds of kits a year
and spend the rest of my time creating pre-made art dolls
for purchase. I thought about 2 of the usual small kits and a big one for folks who want more challenge.
I also want to offer you more sewing patterns
for plush animals.
And since my sphynx cat dolls
are so successful, I want to work on a second generation that allows me to assemble the dolls much easier and gives them better looks. I have 3 last resin sets of this first generation that I am going to use - one is a commission, the other two will be pre-made dolls for purchase. New sphynx commissions and the new generation sphynx cat dolls are planned for around the end of this year.
Also, I have some pelts in my freezer that I want to work with. So wildlife art
aka taxidermy is another direction I want to go. The animals I have worked on so far will be for sale together with the ones I will mount up. I do not plan to offer mounting commissions!
That is enough things I want to do this year, especially with a baby on the way as well. I'm 5 months pregnant right now
Commissions are still closed, but will open after we moved to our new place sometime around March
Please make sure to read the commission journal for information regarding my pregnancy and thus the new rules.

As always, thanks so much for your constant support and awesomeness!
And now have some art from awesome people! Go give 'em some love!
