2015 Art Review

2015 was a turbulent year. We lost a family member and our cat Pepper almost died as well in November due to poisoning. My husband and I moved from Houston to the beautiful hill country by San Antonio - and shortly after became parents when our son arrived. My family came to visit and I was able to hug them for the first time after 3 years. I wasn't able to tackle everything I planned this year due to those events and some more, but looking back and seeing my summary, I have to say that I still created a lot of art. And I am very proud of that.

There are quite a few things planned for 2016, but I will take it easy with a child and a new kitty companion on my hand.

Thank you 2015. You have been truly a rollercoaster, but I enjoyed every second, every pain and joy! I am quite sad actually to have to end this year - I've never felt like this before. But I am also looking forward to 2016 and it's experiences, surprises and adventures.

I want to thank the DA community for being a collection of such awesome people! I truly hope that every one of you is alright and that you will have a great start into the new year! Please take care everybody!
